Nature of the Service

Niji Archive ("Service") is a service for symbolically and commemoratively recording precious moments including rainbows and other memories. Registration does not confer any legal ownership, rights, or other legal effect over any natural phenomenon, subject, location, or moment.

⚠️ Digital Recording (Important)

By registering a photo, the following terms apply. Please read carefully before registering.

  • Your photo, name, and location will be permanently recorded in nijiarchive's database. Deletion or modification requests after recording are not accepted.
  • Photos and information registered as public are visible in the archive to anyone.

Exhibition & Display License

By registering a work, you grant Niji Archive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that work for the following purposes only:

  • Display and publication in nijiarchive's digital archive and museum
  • Exhibition at real-world gallery events organized or affiliated with nijiarchive
  • Use in nijiarchive's promotional and communications materials (SNS, press, etc.)
  • Internal use for service improvement and development

Copyright remains with the original creator. This license does not include resale or transfer to third parties outside the service. Works set to private are excluded from exhibition and promotional use.

Disclaimer

This Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding continuity, accuracy, or completeness. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of this Service.

Personal Information

Personal information collected at registration (location data, photos, email address, etc.) is used solely for providing the Service and will not be shared with third parties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from the "Account" page by turning off auto-renewal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for already-registered archive data are not available.

Governing Law

Disputes regarding the use of this Service shall be governed by Japanese law, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
